Water, a nice cloudy blue sky, bridges, buildings, mountains of in the distance, I would say you have all the elements of a great photo in my opinion. I really like the vantage point you have in this image, high above looking out over all of this. The light is very nice in this image as well. Just watch those horizon lines. Great photo.
